You have 15 days to request a return. Any garment past 15 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors and stains in its original packaging.
To complete your return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a return confirmation. After describing the nature of the return - damaged, doesn't fit, not what I expected, etc. A return may not be accepted if there is no confirmation.
After receiving a return confirmation you must ship the return within 5 days.
Any return not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts (i.e. buttons, zippers, etc) for reasons not due to a manufacturing error may not be eligible for a return or exchange. A restocking fee may be applied for some approved damaged returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the status of your refund.
If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 3-7 days.
Only full priced items will be refunded. Sale items will not be refunded and will only be eligible for exchanges.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange your order for a different style please return and purchase the new garment. Shipping times vary for replacements and exchanges. For questions send us an email at email@example.com
Some returns and exchanges may be eligible for free shipping. Returns will be charged a convenience fee of $7.00 if a return label is requested/provided and will be deducted from your refund.
