Returns and Exchanges
M. Rena will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags for return within 15 days from the date on which you received your package.
Final Sale items cannot be returned back for refund or exchange: final sale items include Accessories, Sale, Discounted, and Promotional Items.
For returns received within 15 days of delivery, we will credit your original form of payment.

Using our Return Services will result in a $7.95 deduction from your refund amount. Once we receive your package, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment.
Please note that your completed Return Form must be included in the package for your return to be processed. We will notify you via email confirming that your return has been processed with the refund amount. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
**Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).
Any items returned that do not comply with our returns policies and standards are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
FINAL SALE ITEMS
* Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any final sale items that are returned to us without authorization will result in a 30% restocking fee.
Final sale items include markdown or sale items, and all accessories.
Any regular priced items bought with a discount from a promotional code can be returned.
If you would like to make an exchange for another size or item, please use our Returns Center to process your return:
Select the item(s) you would like to return and select the "Want to make an exchange" option for the reason for your return.
Once the return package is received, we will notify you via email with a credit to make the purchase exchange on our online store.
You may use your own shipping method, or use our Return Services for $7.95.
Fill out and include the Return Form with your return package and follow the return instructions. Exchange items cannot be worn or washed.
DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS
Mistakes can happen. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or if we sent you the wrong item, email M. Rena Customer Service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
You may cancel orders by immediately emailing us at email@example.com. Orders that have already been processed and sent out from dispatch cannot be cancelled.

1. VISIT OUR ONLINE RETURNS CENTER
-Visit https://shopmrena.myreturnscenter.com/ to access our Online Returns Center.
-Enter your Order Number and Email used to place your order. Click the button "Find Your Order."
-Follow the next 4 steps and click the button "Submit" to complete your Return Request.
-You will receive an email confirmation for your Return Request.
2. FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM
-Fill out the Return Form included in your package. Indicate what items you’d like to return/exchange and the reasons for why you are returning.
3. PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE
- Include your completed Return Form along with your return items in its original packaging, and make sure the box is completely sealed properly. Any packages that are damaged prior to arrival will be upon shipper’s responsibility.
- We are not responsible for any missing, damaged, or lost in transit packages.
4. SHIP THE PACKAGE
-USPS: Drop off at your nearest post office or schedule a free at-home pick-up.
5. REFUNDS PROCEDURE
-Once we have successfully received your package and your refund has been processed, we will notify you via email. Returns and refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the return package.
-Refunds can only be made in the original form of payment.
-Please note: Your banking institution may require an additional 3-5 business days to process and post the return transaction to your account. This procedure may possibly take longer, up to 30 days, depending on your bank.
