RETURN POLICY

M. Rena will gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags for return within 15 days from the date on which you received your package.
Attention: Final Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Final Sale items include jewelry, belts, accessories and pre-discounted items.

Please Note: Using our Return Services will result in a $8.95 deduction from your refund amount. Once we receive your package, you will receive a refund to the original method of payment.

When preparing the return, please fill out the Return Form included with your purchase. This form is necessary to help us process the package and helps us to improve our service in the future. We will notify you via email confirming that your return has been received and your refund amount. If the form was misplaced, you can download a form here:

Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. 

Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the refund transaction to your account once they have received the information from us (typically 3-5 business days).

Any items returned that do not comply with our returns policies and standards are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

FINAL SALE  vs. PROMOTIONAL DISCOUNT 

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Final Sale items are defined as items that have been marked-down with a discounted price before any other Promotional Discount events/promo codes.

Promotional Discounts are defined as items bought through store-wide sales or with the use of promo codes.

All accessories such as jewelry, belts, bags, etc. are also final sale and cannot be returned. We encourage our customers to contact us with any questions about measurements and colors to better inform their purchase.

Any regular priced items (items without a pre-discounted value) bought with a Promotional Discount code or site-wide sale can still be returned.

Final Sale items bought with a Promotional Discount are not eligible for returns.

Any final sale items that are returned to us without authorization will result in a 30% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to make an exchange for another size or item, please use our Returns Center to process your return:

Select the item(s) you would like to return and select the "Want to make an exchange" option for the reason for your return.

Once the return package is received, we will notify you via email with a credit to make the purchase exchange on our online store.
You may use your own shipping method, or use our Return Services for $8.95.

Fill out and include the Return Form with your return package and follow the return instructions. Exchange items cannot be worn or washed.

DAMAGED & INCORRECT ITEMS

We apologize if you've received an incorrect or damaged item. If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, email M. Rena customer service immediately at hello@shopmrena.com with your order number and the details of the item in question.

CANCELLATIONS

You may cancel orders by immediately emailing us at hello@shopmrena.com. Orders that have already been processed and sent out from dispatch cannot be cancelled.

RETURNS INSTRUCTIONS

For US order returns, please follow the shipping instructions carefully, and for further questions email M. Rena Customer Service at hello@shopmrena.com.
 

1.  VISIT OUR ONLINE RETURNS CENTER

1. Visit https://shopmrena.myshopify.com/apps/redo/returns-portal to access our Online Returns Center.
2. Enter your Order Number and Email used to place your order. Click the button "Find Your Order."
3. Follow the next 4 steps and click the button "Submit" to complete your Return Request.
4. You will receive an email confirmation for your Return Request.

2.  FILL OUT THE RETURN FORM

1. Fill out the Return Form included in your package. Indicate what items you’d like to return/exchange and the reasons for why you are returning.
2. If the Return Form is misplaced, you can download a Return Form here.

3.  PREPARE YOUR PACKAGE

1. Include your completed Return Form along with your return items in its original packaging, and make sure the box is completely sealed properly. Any packages that are damaged prior to arrival will be upon shipper’s responsibility.
2. We are not responsible for any missing, damaged, or lost in transit packages.

4.  SHIP THE PACKAGE

1. USPS: Drop off at your nearest post office or schedule a free at-home pick-up.

5.  REFUNDS PROCEDURE

1. Once we have successfully received your package and your refund has been processed, we will notify you via email. Returns and refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive the return package.
2. Refunds can only be made in the original form of payment.
3. Please note: Your banking institution may require an additional 3-5 business days to process and post the return transaction to your account. This procedure may possibly take longer, up to 30 days, depending on your bank.

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted with US orders.
• Returns will be processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package.
• We inspect all return items and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition of the merchandise. Any items returned that show noticeable signs of wear, returned in poor condition or that does not comply with our returns policy will result in an automatic 30% restocking fee.
