FREE DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We’re happy to offer Free USPS Priority Shipping to domestic customers on all orders!
Free shipping does not apply to Puerto Rico and international orders.

Orders shipped by USPS Priority Shipping typically arrive within 1-5 business days from the shipped date. 
For Puerto Rico shipping locations, please refer to the shipping costs below.

Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email. You will then receive a second email once your order has shipped from our facilities.
Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped from our facilities (excludes weekends and holidays).

Orders that have already been processed and sent out from dispatch cannot be cancelled.

We ship orders to all US states/territories and APO/FPO addresses.

PUERTO RICO: USPS PRIORITY SHIPPING - $15.95: 3-10 BUSINESS DAYS

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS

M. Rena offers Free International Shipping to international customers on orders totaling $300 or more. Please be advised that international orders are not eligible for free domestic shipping benefits. Orders shipped by USPS International Shipping usually arrive within 7-21 business days from the shipped date. 

ORDERS UNDER $100 USD - $25.00

ORDERS $100-299 USD - $50.00

ORDERS $300 USD or more – FREE

International shipping is calculated based on a number of factors including the number of items purchased, the weight of the items, and the destination country. 

Unfortunately, we do not accept international returns and exchanges at this time.

 

SHIPPING STATUS

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped from our facilities, you will receive an email with shipping confirmation and tracking details.

You may also view and track your order on our website by logging into your account to view your Order History. 
Select the order you want to track and click on the link provided as "Track Shipment"

Notifications of any back-ordered or cancelled items will be included in a separate email.

M. Rena is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by external occurrences, natural disasters or severe weather cases. In emergency cases like these, please directly contact your local USPS office with any inquiries of the status of your package. Call USPS at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or keep track with your orders at www.usps.com.

 

FAILED DELIVERIES & RETURNED PACKAGES

In any situation when USPS is unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address, customer’s refusal to pay duties, or multiple failed attempts to reach the customer at point of delivery, M. Rena is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs in cases like these. To avoid problems like this continue to keep track of your orders at www.usps.com for further details.
