Can I return something I don't like?

We certainly accept returns so long as the items follow our returns policy: unworn and unwashed within 15 business days. More on our returns policy can be found here.

 As long as your return items comply with our Return Policies, we will issue a refund back to your payment method! 

 

How long will it take to receive my refund after I shipped my return?

After we successfully receive your return package, refunds generally take about 1-3 business days to process. Once processed, the amount should show in your account within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank. In rare cases, your bank institution may take up to 30 days to post the refund back into your account.

 

I want to be a part of the M. Rena team, where do I apply?

If you’d like to apply for a job at M.Rena, please send your resume and cover letters to web@shopmrena.com. We will contact you via email to proceed with the hiring process.

   

I changed my mind and want to cancel my order. How do I cancel?

As long as your order has not been fulfilled and has not left our facilities, we can cancel your order. Email us at hello@shopmrena.com with your order number and we will cancel your order for you.

 

The item I ordered doesn't fit properly; can I make an exchange online?

If you would like to make an exchange for another size or item, please email us at hello@shopmrena.com and notify us with which item you would like to exchange for.
If the item you desire is available, we will instruct you to return the item you no longer want. You may either ship the item(s) back to us through your own shipping method, or use our Return Services for $7.95. Once we receive the return package, we will notify you via email and issue you a credit to purchase the item you desire online.
Fill out and include the Return Form with your return package and follow the return policy here. Exchange items cannot be worn or washed.
